Soy Sauce Prawns
Ingredients: 150 grams of sea shrimp, a little of the three shredded ingredients (shredded green onion, ginger, and red pepper), 30 grams of soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salad oil.
Method: Make a cut on the back of the large shrimp, take out the sand line, and wash it with water. Put oil in the pot and heat it until it is 50% hot. Add the prawns and fry them until light yellow. Put them in a plate, pour in the soy sauce and sprinkle with three shredded ingredients.
Salt stir-fry
Ingredients: 150 grams of sea shrimp, 10 bamboo skewers, 1 piece of tin foil, 2 grams of salt, 1 gram of chicken essence, 2 grams of chopped green onion, 2 grams of starch, shrimp 200 grams of salt.
Method: Wash the large shrimps, add salt, chicken essence, chopped green onion, and starch to marinate slightly, and use bamboo skewers to skewer them. Add shrimp salt to the pot and stir-fry, wrap the skewered shrimps in tin foil, put them in the hot salt and simmer for 7 to 8 minutes, until cooked.
