The formation of Pleurotus ostreatus primordium needs a large temperature difference stimulus, and the specific temperature change range needs to be different according to different strains, generally requiring a temperature difference stimulus above 8℃. However, after the fruiting body occurs, it is still necessary to maintain a relatively constant temperature to ensure the yield and quality of the fruiting body.
