Spicy Tofu
Ingredients
Main ingredient? 300g of tofu 100g of lean minced pork
Accessories? 6 grams of salt? Cooking oil 5ml Minced scallions 5g
Garlic slices 5g? PI County bean paste 10 grams pepper 3 grams?
Old soy sauce 5 grams? Sugar 5g Chili powder 5g Cayenne pepper 5g
How to make spicy tofu
1.
Boil water, blanch for 30 seconds, fish out

Pour in cooking oil, put in the garlic, green onion, pour in the minced meat, stir-fry until browned

Add bean paste, pepper, soy sauce, stir-fry evenly

Add water and bring to a boil, add salt and sugar,

Pour in the tofu and bring to a boil over medium-low heat

Add chili powder and cayenne pepper, sprinkle with chopped green onions

Drizzle with appropriate amount of hot oil

"I'm not usually a fan of tofu because some of it has a particularly heavy soybean odor that especially detracts from the flavor of the tofu itself. However, some of the kinds of tofu that are sold a little more expensive than regular tofu don't have much of a soybean odor and are also a little more delicate than regular tofu, so they taste better when cooked."
