Fan bone generally refers to the scapula of pigs or cattle.

Fan Gu's practice:

Soak vermicelli bones in water to remove blood, drain and marinate for one hour.

Spray proper amount of oil on the fan bones and bake in the oven at 220 degrees 15 minutes.

/kloc-After 0/5 minutes, apply oil on both sides and sprinkle with pepper, cumin powder, Chili powder and salt and pepper powder.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. The delicious roasted vermicelli bones are baked.
