Make pancakes with wheat flour
Methods/steps
Step 1: Put 4 spoonfuls of wheat flour into a bowl, add 2 spoonfuls of sugar (this is according to your own taste, and you can put more spoonfuls if you like sweeter), then drain the water, stir with a spoon, and stir until it is liquid. Be careful not to be too sticky.
Step 2: Take out the non-stick pan, clean it, steam the water in the hot dry pan with a small torch, pour all the stirred wheat flour without putting oil, then spread the wheat flour into a circle with the handle of the pan, and turn it over with low fire until there is no liquid wheat flour on the surface of the wheat cake. Before turning it over, make sure that the whole cake can be moved, so that it can be cut into a round cake.
