Ingredients: the materials are as follows: 1) low-gluten flour, eggs, yeast powder, eggs, olive oil, 2) butter, cheese, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, salt 3) ham, green pepper, red pepper, mushrooms and corn kernels. Tools needed: 1) oven (nonsense, hehe)2) round baking tray (coarse porcelain baking tray I bought at IKEA) 3) tin foil, small brush for dipping sauce (bought at supermarket)
1) and make dough into a cake embryo.
First, dissolve a little bit of yeast powder (1/2 small spoon) in warm water for later use.
Pour the flour into the basin. According to my personal situation, I use the small plastic bowl with rice in the rice cooker, and I use four small bowls of flour.
Pour a little warm water into the dough several times, and then pour the yeast water into it to continue kneading. When you feel that the dough is kneaded vigorously, add the eggs and olive oil bit by bit, because the dough itself is like mud, and it is even more difficult to add eggs and oil.
I've never made any pasta before, so I have no experience in mixing noodles at all, and the noodles are sticky and sticky. But my mother said that pancakes have to be softened, so my dough ended up soft.
Then, the cloth (or plastic wrap) is improved and fermented on the heating for 20 minutes.
2) making pizza sauce
At the same time of fermentation, I began to make sauce in a hurry. It is said that some supermarkets sell them, but I can't find them.
Brush the pan and dry it first. Add10g butter, and after melting, add diced onion, diced garlic, tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper (it should be black pepper, and the white pepper I used is ok).
Onion and garlic depend on personal taste. My amount is 1/4 onion, 1 garlic clove, 4 tablespoons tomato sauce, 1 spoonful sugar, half a spoonful of salt and half a spoonful of pepper.
Stir-fry these ingredients together to make them fragrant, and then you can take them out of the pot for later use.
3) Making the "content" of pizza
That is, the ham on the pizza, and these are all cut into diced or Suu according to everyone's taste.
Cheese is shredded. Special mozzarella cheese should be used for pizza, but I didn't buy it, so I used bright cheese instead. Small package100g, I have used it all, which is a little too much.
4) Put in a baking tray.
When the dough is almost fermented, you can start making it. First, spread the tin foil on the baking tray and brush it with a layer of olive oil (I put butter on it, but the effect is not satisfactory, and it still sticks to the tin foil).
Put the dough on the tin foil, sprinkle some dry flour on it, flatten it and round it by hand, and press the edge thicker and push out an edge.
Use a small toothpick to insert many small holes, which can prevent the cake from expanding after heating.
Spread the prepared pizza sauce (pour it all on), not on the edge of the cake.
Spread 2/3 shredded cheese.
Put ham or something on top of the cheese shreds.
You can brush some honey or egg white on the edge.
5) put it in the oven
First preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes, put the baking tray in the lower layer of the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
/kloc-Open the oven door after 0/5 minutes, put the remaining 1/3 cheese shreds on the pizza (don't burn them), and bake for another 5 minutes.
6) taking out the furnace
Tinker bell, time's up! The delicious pizza will be baked! ! !
Fortunately, I mixed the noodles thinly and baked them soft, instead of cookies.
But because there is no mozzarella cheese, the pizza made has no cheese drawing.
