Steps
1. Wash the lettuce and soak it in salted water for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the required seasoning.
3. Prepare a container for the dressing. Scoop a spoonful of miso paste.
4. Scoop another spoonful of peanut butter.
5. Pour in 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and rice vinegar (add 2 tablespoons if you have mirin).
6. Pour in 1 tbsp of cold boiled water and mix the sauce well.
7. Cut the drained lettuce into pieces and arrange on a plate.
8. Drizzle the sauce and serve.
