Lion Head Cabbage Braised
Ingredients
"Half cabbage", "1 carrot", "1 package of enoki mushrooms", "1 bowl of minced meat" ","appropriate amount of green onion","appropriate amount of garlic","appropriate amount of ginger","a few mushrooms","2 spoons of shrimp","appropriate amount of soy sauce","1 egg"
Method
1: Soak the mushrooms and dried shrimps in water, soak the mushrooms until soft and cut them into strips
2: Add a little oil to a hot pan and sauté the garlic, dried shrimps and mushrooms until fragrant, then add the carrots and stir-fry For about 5 minutes, add the chopped cabbage and mushroom water, an appropriate amount of soy sauce and an appropriate amount of water and simmer. This is the cabbage braised part.
3: Chop appropriate amounts of carrots, onions, garlic, ginger, and mushrooms into fine pieces, and finally add a tablespoon of mushroom water. This appropriate amount of water will keep the lion’s head from drying out
4: Mix the minced meat, add 1 egg and a little salt and mix well with step 3
5: Because I don’t have a food processor, I use chopsticks to stir the meat. Now that it's sticky, you can add a little flour or not to help shape the lion's head
6: Use two spoons to help each other form meatballs, fry them in a pan when you're done, and repeat several times. .
In this step, the shape will be more beautiful if you fry it, but I don’t want to waste oil, so I fry it
7: Fry the lion heads separately. When frying, you can use a spoon to turn them over to make the shape more beautiful. Good-looking
8: Once the lion’s head is fried and shaped without falling apart, it can be placed in the cabbage stew and continued to stew
