Qingshuihe Town, located in the central part of Huocheng County, east of Luchaogou Town, south of Sanguong Township, west of Yiche Gashan Xibe Autonomous Township, north of Daxigou Township, with a total area of 366 square kilometers of administrative area.In 1950, it was the sixth district; in 1984, it was changed to Qingshuihe Town.
