Preparation materials: 1000g of yellow peaches, 150g of icing sugar
Step 1: yellow peaches meal washed or alkaline washed.
Step 2: Peel off the outer skin.
Step 3: Use a knife to cut the yellow peaches into small pieces.
Step 4: Scoop out the peach pits.
Step 5: Use a small knife to scoop out the pulp in the center near the core part of the peach.
Step 6: Put the yellow peach pieces into the cooking pot, add rock sugar and pour in water that doesn't cover the peach pieces.
Step 7: Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 8: Cook until the peach flesh is soft and slightly transparent in color.
Step 9: Let the cooked peach meat cool down, then put it into a clean container and refrigerate.
