After hand-frying, tea leaves with slightly curly appearance, sharp buds, exposed silver hair, yellow and green, and golden fish fillets are formed. Every year, the Qingming Festival in Grain Rain is a good time to make tea in Mao Feng, Huangshan. After brewing in Huangshan Mao Feng, the soup color is clear and yellow, the leaves are fresh and tender, the taste is mellow and sweet, and the aroma is elegant and blue.
Second, Luan melon slices
Lu 'an Guapian is a special green tea produced in Dabie Mountain, Lu 'an, Anhui Province. Lu 'an melon chips have a long history and rich cultural connotations, and have been famous tea tributes since ancient times. In the Tang Dynasty, it was called "Luzhou Lu 'an Tea", and in the early Ming Dynasty, it was regarded as the top grade and the best tea, and it was called "Lu 'an Guapian". In the Qing Dynasty, it was the exclusive tribute tea of the imperial court. Lu 'an Guapian is the only tea without buds and stalks in all tea leaves, which is made of single leaves. The unique tea-making method of Lu 'an melon chips makes the taste of Lu 'an melon chips strong but not bitter, fragrant but not astringent.
Third, Taiping monkey kui
Taiping Monkey Kui is produced in Taiping County, Anhui Province. Its shape is flat and straight two leaves, which naturally relax. It has the reputation of "the monkey head is pointed at both ends, and it will not be scattered or curled up". After brewing, the bud leaves spread out and floated around, and the tea soup was green and the aroma was refreshing.
Fourth, Qimen black tea.
Qimen black tea, referred to as Qi Hong for short, has a long history, which can be traced back to Lu Yu's Tea Classic in Tang Dynasty. This is an excellent black tea with a strong sense of history. Qi Hong takes buds with one bud, two leaves and three leaves as raw materials. After withering, twisting and fermentation, the bud leaves turn from green to copper red, and then they are baked with slow fire. After that, it has to go through complicated and delicate processes such as coarse screening, shaking screening, sorting, door closing, screening, cutting, winnowing, picking, tempering, breeze, blending and packaging. Qimen black tea is the best in black tea, and its reputation resounds at home and abroad, and it can be called "the most fragrant" and "the queen of black tea". Five, Tunxi green tea
Tunxi green tea is called "Tunlu" for short, also called "eyebrow tea". Xiuning, Shexian, Ningguo and Jixi, which are concentrated at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, and Dongxiang in Qimen, are one of the best famous teas in China.

Cuilan Yuexi is a high-quality cloud tea grown in Dabie Mountain. Its origin is Shouzhou and Zhou Shu. In Lu Yu's Tea Classic, these two places are rich in tea. The climate here is warm and humid, with plenty of rain and fog, and the temperature difference between day and night is large. It is distributed in deep mountain valleys at an altitude of 600-800 meters and is suitable for tea tree growth. Cuilan Yuexi was created on the basis of the traditional production technology of local famous tea orchids.

Jingxian Tejian is a unique Anhui fried green tea, which has excellent qualities such as green color, high and lasting aroma, rich aroma, mellow taste, light green soup color, clear and bright, yellowish leaves and so on.
Nine, Yong Xi Huo Qing
Yongxi Huo Qing originated in the Ming Dynasty, and all previous dynasties were tribute teas of the imperial court. The granules are dense and thick in appearance, green and moist in color. After brewing, the soup is fresh apricot with elegant fragrance. This is a famous tea unique to China.
Ten, Tongcheng Xiaohua
Tongcheng Xiaohua is a kind of tea in Tongcheng, Anhui Province. During the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with the rise of Tongcheng School of Literature, it was also listed as a tribute of the court, and the orchids on the mountain just opened during the collection of small flowers in Tongcheng, hence the name. Tongcheng floret smells delicious and tastes like being in a fairyland.
