How to Make Kimchi Pancakes
Add spicy cabbage, egg, and salt to the flour.
Water is added gradually and blended into a slightly thicker batter.
Grease an electric pancake pan with moderate oil, and when hot, pour in a spoonful of batter and smooth it out. When one side is set, flip it over and cook the other side.
After both sides are set, you can take them out and serve them on a plate.
