How to distinguish mesh cloth from sandwich mesh cloth?
Mesh cloth and sandwich mesh cloth are very similar in appearance. Generally, not all professionals know which is which. What's the difference between mesh cloth and sandwich mesh cloth?

Let's introduce mesh cloth first. A fabric with mesh holes is mesh cloth. Different kinds of mesh cloth can be woven with different equipment, mainly organic mesh cloth and knitted mesh cloth. Among them, woven mesh cloth has white weave or color weave, and also has jacquard, which can weave different patterns. Good air permeability, after bleaching and dyeing, the cloth body is quite cool. Besides making summer clothes, it is especially suitable for curtains, mosquito nets and other supplies.

Mesh cloth can be woven with pure cotton or chemical fiber blended yarn (thread). Generally,14.6 ~13 yarn is used for all-yarn mesh cloth, and13 ~ 9.7 double-stranded yarn (45 /2 ~ 60/) is used for all-line mesh cloth. There are generally two weaving methods of woven mesh cloth: one is to use two groups of warp yarns (ground warp and twisted warp) to twist each other to form a shed and interweave with weft yarns (see leno weave). Twisting warp is a kind of special twisting heald (also called semi-heald) that is twisted on the left side of the ground warp from time to time, and then twisted on the right side of the ground warp after one (or three or five) weft insertion. Because of mutual twisting and weft interweaving, it forms a mesh-shaped hole with stable structure, which is called leno; The other is to use the change of jacquard weave or reed threading method. Three warp yarns are used as a group to thread into a reed tooth, and a fabric with small holes can also be woven, but the mesh structure is unstable and easy to move, so it is also called false leno.

There are two kinds of knitted mesh fabrics, weft knitted mesh fabrics and warp knitted mesh fabrics. Among them, warp knitted mesh fabrics are generally woven by high-speed warp knitting machines in West Germany, and the raw materials are generally nylon, polyester, spandex, etc. The finished products of knitted mesh fabrics include high-elastic mesh fabrics, mosquito nets, laundry nets, luggage nets, hard nets, sandwich nets, collectables, embroidered nets, wedding nets, square nets, transparent nets and so on.

Sandwich mesh cloth, as its name implies, has interlayer, which is usually produced and processed by double-needle bed warp knitting machine. The simplest way to distinguish is that one is single-layer and the other is multi-layer.
