Can hypotension be a soldier?
I don't think so. There are many reasons for hypotension ① Constitutional hypotension, which is generally considered to be related to heredity and emaciation. ② Postural hypotension: Postural hypotension refers to the sudden drop of blood pressure by more than 20mmHg when a patient changes from a lying position to a sitting position or an upright position or stands for a long time, accompanied by obvious disease symptoms, including dizziness, blurred vision, fatigue, nausea and cognitive dysfunction. ③ Secondary hypotension: hypotension caused by certain diseases or drugs, such as syringomyelia, rheumatic heart disease, antihypertensive drugs, antidepressants, chronic malnutrition and hemodialysis patients. Pay attention to nutrition, exercise and drink plenty of water. Don't eat greasy food before physical examination. Exercise properly before taking blood pressure, drink some light salt water, and don't stand for a long time, which is helpful for low blood pressure.
