Main ingredient: brown sugar, glutinous rice, jujube.

Sub-ingredients: raisins, lotus seeds.

The glutinous rice needs to be soaked in water overnight in advance.

The jujube is cleaned and cored, and you can use scissors to cut the jujube in half and take out the core inside. Raisins also need to be cleaned with water, and you can also put some lotus seeds or wolfberries and other dried fruits and nuts.

Prepare a bowl, the dates, raisins, lotus seeds and other flat in the bottom of the bowl. It is best to place them in a certain order, so that the steamed brown sugar sticky rice also looks better!

On top of the dried fruit, put a layer of glutinous rice, gently press with a spoon, then a layer of brown sugar, then a layer of glutinous rice, in turn, the bowl to 7 minutes full.
