Materials :
Garlic 200g
Tianpiao 50g
Organic brown rice vinegar 520ml
Linden nectar 250g / 1/4 jar
Methods:
1), Wash the tianpiao and dry it. Peel the garlic and set aside.
2), divide the prepared ingredients into 3 parts. Place the garlic and bell peppers in a glass jar in a single layer and drizzle with simple syrup and nectar. Do the same with the remaining 2 ingredients.
3) Pour the organic brown rice vinegar over all three ingredients and seal the jar with a piece of plastic wrap. Store in a cool place for about 2 weeks and drink. Ferment for 2-3 months for better results.
4) When drinking, take 30ml and dilute 10 times water.
