Practice:
Main ingredient: 2500g mandarin oranges
Step 1: Freshly picked mandarin oranges.
Step 2: Wipe its outer skin clean with paper towel.
Step 3: Using a small knife, on the bottom third of the mandarin orange, pull it apart, not to the top, but leave a small portion.
Step 4: Then pull on another cut across the top, again don't pull it off.
Step 5: Gently peel it off with your hands.
Step 6: Peel to the top being careful not to break it.
Step 7: Then reverse it from the bottom.
Step 8: Peel all the citrus, turn it upside down and put it in the sun.
