Roasted Tofu with Minced Pork
Ingredients: 500g tofu, 50g minced pork belly, corn oil, salt, light soy sauce, cooking wine, tomatoes, hot peppers, water starch, MSG.
Method:
1. Cut tofu, peppers, tomatoes and green onions into sections.
2. Heat the oil in the wok, sauté the green onions, add the minced pork, and stir-fry the minced pork over high heat.
3. Add tomatoes, cooking wine, and light soy sauce and stir-fry quickly. Add tofu cubes and stir gently evenly.
4. Add appropriate amount of water, add pepper cubes and bring to a boil, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add some MSG before serving and use water starch to reduce the juice.
Salted egg yolk tofu
Ingredients: 1 box of lactone tofu, 1 salted egg yolk, a little edamame, 1 tablespoon oil, a little salt, a little salt
Method:
1. Boil the salted eggs, take out the yolks and press them into puree with a spoon.
2. Cut the tofu into small pieces and put it in boiling water for 1-2 minutes to maintain its shape. Boil edamame in boiling water until mature, remove and set aside.
3. Heat the oil in a pan, then add the salted egg yolk with a little water and stir-fry until it becomes a paste.
4. Add tofu and edamame, add water and salt, turn to low heat and cook until cooked.
5. Add a little water starch to thicken the sauce and serve.
