Secretary Zhang, however, took a few steps forward, bent down to pick it up, wiped the ash off the screw, and solemnly handed it to Lei Feng, saying, "Keep it, it will be useful."

Just like this a stoop, a sentence, an old **** production party member's words and deeds surprisingly affected a young man's life. Later, Lei Feng wrote a diary, screws were Lei Feng repeatedly thought, and finally formed a unique "screw spirit". It can also be said to do a line, love a line, drill a line.

Construction tasks, he drove the car all day running around, it is difficult to find time to study, Lei Feng will put the book in the satchel, carry around, as long as the car stops, there is no other work, sitting in the cab to read.

He wrote in his diary this paragraph: "Some people say that work is busy, no time to study, I think the problem is not busy work, but lies in your willingness to learn, will not squeeze the time to learn time is there, the problem is that we are good at not good at squeezing, willing to drill. A good board, there is no eye on it, but why can nails be nailed into it? This is to rely on the pressure to squeeze in. From this point of view, the nails have two strengths: one is to squeeze, one is to drill, we also want to promote the study of this "nails" spirit, good at squeezing and drilling.

In his studies, Lei Feng did have a "drill" strength. No matter what difficulties he encountered, no matter what he exhausted all the ways, and even racked his brain to understand it. For example, in his study of Chairman Mao's writings, he summarized the five-step learning method: First, analyze what role each article played in the revolutionary movement at that time; second, why the Chairman analyzed the issue; third, the Chairman put forward a few what viewpoints in the article; fourth, what is the Chairman's methodology; fifth, contact with the individual to write the experience.

Flipping through the "Selected Works of Mao Zedong" that Lei Feng has read, almost every page of each article is drawn with some learning points, and some reading tips or eyebrow comments are written on the edges and corners. When reading the article "In Memory of Bai Qun", his annotations on the book amounted to as many as seven. According to statistics, in his short life, *** wrote nine nearly 200,000 words of study notes. These are the true records of his diligent study of revolutionary theory.
