Origin:
The ethnic origin of the Hui nationality can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. Academics generally believe that the Hui nationality was formed in the Ming Dynasty, while the Yuan Dynasty was the preparatory period for the formation of the Hui nationality, and the Ming Dynasty was the final period for the formation of the Hui nationality. Hui people all over the country also participated in the struggle against imperialist aggression in different forms. The May 4th Movement and the establishment of the China Producer Party pointed out the direction for the complete liberation of the Hui people.
No matter in politics, economy and culture, many outstanding figures emerged in the history of Hui nationality, which made positive contributions to people's life and production and construction at that time.
