The practice of jam rice cake:
1.? Glutinous rice flour, rice flour and powdered sugar are mixed randomly, and Chinese dim sum is not as melodramatic as western style. Add a little water and stir until it is kneaded into a ball and kneaded into sand.
2.? After sieving, put it into the mold, and the inner wall of the mold can be easily demoulded by brushing oil. Never press it, or it won't come loose. Sifting is a manual job, or you don't have to sift it if you can stand the bumpy taste in the cake. Steam in the pot, boil the water and steam for about 20 minutes, depending on the mold size adjustment time. I use an egg tart mold.
3.? After demoulding, add jam, or sprinkle with brown sugar, peanuts and sesame powder, steam for a few minutes, or soak in lotus root starch to make cakes.
4.? Have another drink. Look at the softness inside.
