It is a ground vegetable. The scientific name is lichen. Lichen plants are a special type of plants produced by fungi and algae. They have no roots, stems, or leaves and can live in various environments. They are called "pioneers of the plant world." Most of the fungi that grow are ascomycetes, and a few are basidiomycetes, which can absorb water and inorganic salts and coat the algae; the algae that grow are mainly cyanobacteria and green algae, which can carry out photosynthesis and produce organic matter. When we were children, we used to pick it up from relatively humid ground and bring it home. After washing it, we put some minced meat on it and fry it in oil. It was delicious.
