It is best to eat them. There are about 400 species of wild mushrooms in China, of which more than 300 are edible. There are about 100 kinds of poisonous mushrooms, 12 of which are highly toxic.
We can distinguish whether a mushroom is poisonous or not initially by the following points:
1. Edible non-poisonous mushrooms mostly grow in clean grasslands or pine and oak trees, while poisonous mushrooms tend to grow in dark, damp and dirty areas.
2. Color: Toxic mushrooms have bright colors on their faces, such as red, green, black, purple, etc. Especially the purple ones tend to be highly poisonous and easy to change color after picking.
3, shape: non-toxic mushroom cover flat, umbrella surface smooth, no wheels on the surface of the fungus, the lower part of no fungal tray, the poisonous mushrooms cover the center of the convex shape, strange shape, the surface of the fungus is thick and hard, the fungus on the rod with fungal wheels, the fungus tray rod is long or thick, easy to break.
4, test: in the picking of wild mushrooms, available onions in the mushroom cap on the rub a little, if the onion becomes greenish-brown, proving toxic, and vice versa, no color is non-toxic.
