Peel, wash and cut the hanging melon into hob pieces

Hot oil , stir-fry the chopped green onion until fragrant, add the slices of melon and stir-fry

Add water until half of the watermelon is covered

Bring to a boil over high heat

Change to smaller size Cook for 5 minutes
