practice:
1. Wash the Chinese cabbage and tear it into small pieces with your hands. Cut the garlic into small pieces. Cut the millet, spicy green onion into small pieces.
2. Adjust the sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce + 2 spoons of mature vinegar + 0 + spoon of oyster sauce + half a spoon of sugar + a little salt + 0 + spoon of starch + 2 spoons of water and mix well
3. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onion, garlic, millet and spicy until fragrant. Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft. Pour on the sauce. Add green onions again over high heat to reduce the juice.
