1. Put the sea cucumber to be made into a clean oil-free container and soak it in tap water for 2-3 days until it becomes soft. Change the water 2-3 times during this period.
2. Cut the sea cucumber from the opening to the head, remove the sea cucumber teeth and sand mouth, and clean it.
3. Add tap water to the oil-free steamer (the water should not exceed 5- 10 cm of sea cucumber). Then click the following steps:
(1) Boil the water in the pot with high fire, then add the washed sea cucumber, boil it again, and cook it with low fire for 30-40 minutes. Stew until it cools naturally.
(2) Open the steamer to see if the sea cucumber is ripe (softened), pick out the soft ones and continue to boil the hard ones with water.
Cook and choose until everything is soft.
4 Soak the soft sea cucumber in cold water for two hours, and then change it into pure water (the water should not pass through the sea cucumber, and the water temperature should be about 0 degrees), so it can be made successfully in 2-3 days. Remember to change the water 1 time every day.
Note: If the room temperature is higher than 10 degrees, the above soaking process should be carried out in the refrigerator.
