Babi steamed bread originally originated from Nanjing Road, Huangpu District, Shanghai. Its predecessor was "Master Liu Dabao", and in February 2003, "Master Liu Dabao" was officially renamed as "Babi Steamed Bread Monopoly". In August 2003, its founder Liu Huiping applied to the State Trademark Office for registration of the "Babi" brand trademark. Now mainly engaged in the production and sales of Chinese cuisine.
