Garlic fried lamb chops
Rinse lamb chops with water and dry them with kitchen paper. A piece of butter, peeled and sliced garlic. Heat the pan, add butter to melt it, add garlic, fry until fragrant, turn to medium heat, add lamb chops and fry for 1 minute, cover the pan and fry for 2 minutes, then turn over, sprinkle with proper amount of salt and cumin, open the lid and fry for 3 minutes, then take it out, and grind some black pepper.
Braised lamb chops
Cut the lamb chops into small pieces, soak them in cold water and rinse them with clean water. Put cold water into the pot, boil it, skim off the floating foam, take it out and rinse it, and control the moisture. Heat a little oil in the pot, add rock sugar and stir-fry until it melts, add lamb chops and stir-fry until the color is brown, add cooking wine and pepper, add soy sauce and stir-fry evenly, add water to the lamb chops, and throw a few garlic cloves to cook together. After the fire boils, turn to low heat and stew until the soup is thick. Add salt to taste and then take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
Roasted lamb chop with cumin
Wash the sheep and put them in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon, pepper, star anise, salt, ginger and water until the water doesn't pass through the lamb chops. Turn to low heat for 20 minutes after the fire is started. The mutton is taken out and drained, cooled, and the salt is evenly touched all over the lamb chops, and then the cumin powder and Chili powder are smeared, and then one side of the mutton chops is smeared with oil. After standing for 30 minutes, the mutton chops are wrapped with tin foil, and the oven is fired at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the oven is turned to the fire, and the tin foil is turned on, so that the side with a layer of grease on the lamb chops faces upwards, and the mutton chops are continuously roasted for 8 to 10 minutes.
Stewed lamb chops
Cut the lamb chops into pieces and put them into the pot, pour in cold water, add cooking wine and pepper to cook, and skim off the floating foam after boiling. When the mutton turns white, take it out and rinse it with warm water. Put a little onion, ginger, lemon, star anise, fragrant leaves and blanched mutton in a pressure cooker, stew for one hour, then stew with appropriate amount of salt for 10 minute, and sprinkle with chopped coriander, chopped onion and pepper noodles.
Tender roast lamb chops with potatoes
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees, wash the potatoes, slice them evenly and put them in the baking tray, add lemon slices and rosemary, smear the lamb chops with olive oil, and put the garlic on them for massage for a while. Put the lamb chops on the potatoes, drizzle a little olive oil, grind some black pepper and sea salt, bake in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, take them out and leave them for about 10 minute.
