Preparation: wash your hands and prepare clean pots, iron pots or plastic pots; Prepare a fermentation container, which can be glass or ceramic.
Peel the orange, take out the pulp and put it in a basin. Simply grab it by hand.
Pour the broken pulp into the container, not too full.
Sugar, 10 Jin of oranges, 3 Jin of sugar. The function of sugar is to produce yeast, which has nothing to do with the sweetness of wine.
Then seal the container (there are natural yeasts in nature but no yeast). After a few days, if there are small bubbles in the container, it means that the yeast has begun to breed and ferment.
Open the container, open a hole the size of a needle eye, and exhaust the generated gas.
Generally, it is fermented for one month in summer and one or two months in autumn.
