Ingredients: Luffa, Pleurotus eryngii, dried shrimp, onion, ginger, garlic, salt, white sugar, water starch, chicken essence, sesame oil and cooking wine.

2.? Soak dried shrimps in clear water and wash them to remove some salt. ?
