1. Add diced red plums, 500cc of water, and sugar to a small pot, then turn on low heat and cook until the sugar dissolves, then turn off the heat.
2. After it cools down, pour it into a shallow iron plate and place it in the freezer to form a frosty shape.
3. Pour 100cc boiling water into a container, add sugar and stir until the sugar melts. Add lemon juice, pour it into a shallow plate and place it in the freezer to form a frosting.
4. Use a juicer to beat the plum ice and lemon ice into a smoothie.
5. Take a glass container, first fill the container with plum smoothie, about 5 minutes full, then add lemon smoothie to a height of about 1cm
6. Scoop a large ball of vanilla ice cream , put fruits and other ingredients
