Ingredients
2 small packets of Ronghua shrimp noodles, 4 shiitake mushrooms, 6 small sections of green onion, two green vegetables, 2 small rings of red pepper, appropriate amount of salt, 1/2 tsp of oyster sauce, 1 tsp light soy sauce, 1/4 tsp chicken essence (these are ordinary small spoons used for daily meals)
Method
1. Soak the mushrooms.
2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the soaked mushrooms and bring to a boil.
3. When the water is boiling, add an appropriate amount of salt and oil, then add the shrimp noodles and continue to boil.
4. Put oyster sauce, light soy sauce and chicken essence into a large bowl, scoop a ladle of hot soup from the pot to dilute the seasonings.
5. After the noodles are cooked, add green vegetables and small red rings and blanch until cooked.
6. Put the shrimp noodles in the pot into a large bowl, stir it, and then add the mushrooms, green vegetables, and red peppers into the large bowl and you are ready to eat!
