Preserved eggs mixed with tofu is a cold dish. The main ingredients are bean curd and preserved eggs, and the auxiliary materials are sesame oil, salt, coriander, red pepper, garlic, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar.
Ingredients: boxed tofu 1 box, 2 preserved eggs, shredded firewood (or pork) and chopped green onion. Seasoning: soy sauce 1 tablespoon, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and sugar.
Practice steps:
(1) blanch tofu, take it out and put it in cold boiled water for cooling, drain the water, cut it into thick slices and put it on a plate.
(2) After the preserved egg is shelled, cut it into small petals with cotton thread or a knife and put it next to the tofu.
(3) Add chopped Chai Fish and chopped green onion, mix the seasoning well, pour it on it and mix well.
