My hometown is a city in northern China with a large population and diverse cultures. There are many delicacies here, the most popular of which is the various barbecues. Here, you can find all kinds of mouth-watering delicacies such as kebabs and grilled chicken wings. Next, I will introduce to you some special barbecue in our hometown.

The first is mutton skewers. Lamb kebabs are one of the most popular BBQ dishes in my hometown, made from skinless lamb and ingredients including cumin and chili powder. Once cooked, the shell is peeled off to reveal juicy scallops. This barbecue delicacy is very suitable for people who are afraid of spicy food.

Finally, I would like to talk about the pizza in my hometown. Although the pizza is not traditional BBQ, it has the best pizza here. This kind of pizza does not have a thick pastry like the usual pizza, but uses pure Italian pizza, coated with special sauces, and various gourmet barbecue condiments. This BBQ style pizza has a unique flavor that combines traditional Italian flavors with the authentic BBQ cuisine of my hometown.
