Production process
(1) Bird's nest, snow clams, silver fungus soaked with warm water.
(2)Tweeze the bird's nest to remove the hairs and tear it into strips; rinse the snow clams, scrape off the black impurities, and cut them into small pieces; tear the silver fungus into flaps.
(3) put the bird's nest, snow clams, fungus into the stew pot, add boiling water l bowl, put the stew pot cover, stewed in the water.
(4)When the water in the pot boils, first use high heat to stew for 30 minutes, then use medium heat to stew for l hour, add in rock sugar and then use low heat to stew for 30 minutes.
(5) Stew well removed, to be warmed and served.
