2. Dried buckwheat silk

3. Dried potato chips
Potato is listed as one of the five major food crops in the world, and the red soil plateau in Yunnan is very suitable for potato cultivation, which Yunnan people affectionately call potato. 4. Dried bamboo shoots
There are many kinds of bamboos in Yunnan, including Dendrocalamus, Phyllostachys, Phyllostachys and Pleioblastus. Dried bamboo shoots are made from the tender buds or stems of bamboo by boiling, squeezing, sun exposure or baking, and mainly produce Pu 'er and Xishuangbanna.
