The classic method of braised prawns in oil
1. Wash the shrimps, cut off the whiskers, and use a toothpick to remove the shrimp line from the back.
2. Put it in a pot and pour in cooking wine and mix well.
3. Mix the seasoning juice (seafood soy sauce (common soy sauce is also acceptable)15g, balsamic vinegar 5g, sugar15g, half bowl of clear water and 2g of starch).
4. Cut the onion and slice the ginger.
5. Heat the pot and put the vegetable oil, then heat it.
6. Put the prawns on both sides and fry them into beautiful red shrimp oil, then serve the prawns (gently press the prawns with a spatula, and the red oil will be more).
7. Put the onion and ginger into the shrimp oil pan and saute until fragrant.
8. Pour in seasoning juice and saute until fragrant.
9. Add the fried prawns, season with salt, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
10. Then collect the juice on medium heat until it is slightly thick. Be sure to leave more juice. The soup and the scallion bibimbap inside are very delicious.
