Black rice sweet rice
Ingredients: 3 taels of black rice, 3 taels of rice, 4-5 Ruoqiang dates, half a spoonful of olive oil, and a little white sugar.
Method:
1. Mix black rice and rice in a ratio of 1:1.

4. Put the small basin into the pressure cooker that has already been filled with water, and simmer for 40 minutes.
Tips: Be sure to stew it in a pressure cooker separated by water. If you pour it directly into the rice cooker, it will not soften and the hard outer skin of the black rice will not be broken.
Coconut milk black rice
Ingredients: coconut milk, milk, black rice, glutinous rice, sugar.
Method:
1. Wash the black rice and glutinous rice and soak them for two hours.
2. Mix coconut milk and milk, add sugar, and put the remaining part in the cup.
3. Pour the rest of the mixed water into the pot with black rice and glutinous rice, and cook it like rice. The amount of coconut milk, milk and water is the same as usual.
4. After cooking, put the rice in a bowl, then invert it on a plate, and pour the remaining coconut milk and milk on top of the rice.
Crispy Assorted Black Rice
Ingredients: 200g black rice, 1 fried dough stick, appropriate amount of celery, appropriate amount of sweet corn, appropriate amount of carrots, appropriate amount of meat floss, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of cooking wine.
Method:
1. Wash the black rice and soak it in appropriate amount of water for 5 hours.
2. Dice celery and carrots; peel sweet corn and blanch them separately.
3. Cut the fried dough sticks and fry until crispy and dark in color, then press into powder.
4. Put the black rice into the pressure cooker, add water to cover the rice grains, and cook over high heat for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the actual softness of the black rice.
5. Cook the black rice and take it out of the pot. Mix it with the blanched diced vegetables. No need to add oil. Add an appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine. You can add an appropriate amount of chicken essence according to your personal taste. This step can be done in a pot with low heat to allow the seasonings to fully dissolve and be absorbed.
6. Finally, remove from the pot and put on a plate, sprinkle minced fried dough sticks and pork floss on the rice.
