The best time to have breakfast is around 7 am.

And just after 4-5 hours, noon 12 is also very suitable for eating Chinese food, so it is suggested that the breakfast time should be around 7 o'clock.

Pay attention when eating:

1, eating rules: the best time to eat breakfast is 15~20 minutes, and lunch, lunch and dinner are usually about half an hour. Chew slowly, not deliberately prolong the meal time, but increase the chewing times of each bite of food, chew the food many times before swallowing.

2, not picky eaters, not partial eclipse, not full.

3, the food temperature is moderate, never exceed 65℃.

4, concentrate on eating: it is best not to play mobile phones and watch TV when eating.
