Ingredients: 750g sea cucumber and 2 pig's trotters.

Seasoning: 800g vegetable oil (actual dosage is about 50g, cooked big oil 100g, ginger and soy sauce 15g, cooking wine 25g, onion ginger oil and salt 20g, sugar 50g, monosodium glutamate 5g, onion 25g, a little sugar color, appropriate amount of wet starch, chicken soup 1.

Method:

Note that it is best to boil less in the middle, so in order to avoid boiling, put more cold water at the beginning.

4. Finally, open the pot to observe and prepare to go out, and gently poke the trotters with chopsticks. If you go in smoothly, it means that the skin is rotten and the meat is cooked, and then open the fire to collect the soup. When the soup becomes thick and red, it can be cooked.

Ingredients: 500g trotters and 50g soybeans.
