Ingredients that need to be prepared in advance include: 620g of chicken wings, 600ml of cola, appropriate amount of peanut oil, appropriate amount of white wine, 4g of star anise, 20g of green onions, 2g of dried ginger slices, and 10g of rock sugar.
1. Wash the wings and set aside.
