Dried lotus seeds need to be soaked in water, fresh lotus seeds do not.
Materials: Tremella fungus, lily, dried lotus seeds (core removed)
Accessories: Rock sugar, water
Operation steps:
1. Soak the white fungus in cold water for about 2 hours, remove the yellow roots, and then tear it into small pieces.
2. Wash the lilies and dried lotus seeds and soak them in water for half an hour.
3. Take a stew pot, add the soaked white fungus, lily, and lotus seeds, add water to cover the ingredients, and simmer over medium heat for about 2 hours.
4. When the ingredients are boiled until soft and gelatinous, add rock sugar and cook until melted, then turn off the heat.
5. Put it directly into a bowl when eating.
