Ingredients:
15g of gelatin, 15g of lean meat, 15g of ginseng, .5 chicken, 1 handful of medlar, ginger slices and salt;
Production steps:
① Huajiao/Korean ginseng/lean meat (three or two)/half chicken, a handful of Lycium barbarum, and the chicken head and feet are first boiled with ginger slices into three bowls of soup for later use;
② Put all the ingredients in a saucepan, add chicken soup and put them in a steamer. After boiling for five minutes from cold water, turn down the heat and simmer for three hours, and season with salt.
