Methods/steps:
1. Remove the silt from the green radish and rinse it clean.
2. Cut the radish from head to tail, cut it into long strips, or any shape and size. However, it is easier to taste when the salt is small.
3. Put the sliced radish strips on a plate, sprinkle with salt, mix well and marinate for one day.
4, adjust the delicious rice vinegar juice, add pepper and pepper. Pour out the water in the pickled radish and put the dried radish strips into the prepared juice.
