1. Cut the tofu into thick slices and set aside. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add the tofu slices, fry until golden brown on both sides, and then pour out the excess oil.
2. Add the chopped green onion and stir-fry for half a minute, then add the soybean sprouts and stir-fry for another 1 minute.
3. Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and white pepper, stir-fry quickly and remove from the pan.
