The practice of ginger powder:
1. Wash ginger without peeling.
2. Cut into one-dollar coin-thick thin slices with uniform thickness.
3. Ginger slices should be evenly spread on a relatively breathable cover mat or screen or basket, and put in a ventilated place to dry. I often turn it over during the period.
4. Grind into powder with a pulverizer
5. Sieve with a sieve with finer mesh, and put the remaining slag into a pulverizer to be pulverized and sieved again.
6. Packaging in nontoxic, odorless, waterless, clean and sealed containers. Refrigerate for half a month and freeze for two months.
