Selection method of wheat flour

See if the outer package indicates the name, address, production date, shelf life and quality grade of the factory; See if there is any trace of unpacking and reuse of the sealing line, and if there is, it is a counterfeit product.
2. Smell
Judging from the smell, normal wheat flour has wheat flavor. If there is peculiar smell or "musty smell", it may be stored improperly, expired or deteriorated due to external environmental pollution.
3. Choose
According to different uses, the corresponding varieties of wheat flour should be selected. If making noodles, steamed bread, jiaozi, etc., we should choose rich and strong flour and special flour with high gluten content; Wheat flour with low gluten content is selected for making cakes and biscuits.
