The inspectors said that the store should arrange special personnel to maintain and clean the machine to ensure food safety.
Machine cooking is not a very new technology. It has existed for several years, but it has not been well promoted. Moreover, many people think that the food made by machines is not as good as that made by people.
First of all, many people are used to eating artificially cooked food, because each artificially cooked food is unique, and no one is exactly the same. Every time they eat it, they will have different feelings. However, the food cooked by robots has standards, no matter the quantity, the ingredients needed and the cooking time. Finally, the food made by the robot is less smoky, and it is not unreasonable for many people to like the food fried by firewood. In fact, it is not that the firewood is very fragrant, mainly for the fireworks, even if the firewood is fried slowly, but many people prefer to wait a few minutes.
Generally speaking, robots are definitely not as good as manual ones. Although they are convenient and quick, they always feel something is missing.
