Food: The day before fasting, I had nothing to do in the dormitory and had four full meals.

I ate a large bowl of rice noodles in the morning on the 20th and started eating grains at noon

On the 21st, 22nd and 23rd, four red dates, three walnuts and about ten peanuts were eaten every day. .

On the 24th and 25th, I added half a cucumber because I was tired due to my period. Maybe my stomach was in a state of fasting and refused food, so I took one or two bites of half a cucumber at a time and finished it in one day. In fact, I was not hungry at all. No need to eat, you will still feel weak after eating.

On the 26th, I ate nothing but mineral water.

On the 27th, I thought that the jujube core could be used to knock teeth and stimulate fluid production, so I ate two red dates

I resumed eating in the evening on the 28th and ate noodles and strawberries

I walked more than 17,000 steps on the 21st (the next day). I did the Donghua Zen exercise twice, but the time was short and did not reach the prescribed time. I did the static exercise twice. I felt a little tired in the afternoon and returned to I was lying down in the dormitory listening to the yoga relaxation terminology guide. My whole body relaxed and I felt like my body was floating. After a while, my strength was restored. Then I remembered that at the end of the second fasting, I had abdominal distension and pain due to overeating again. I quickly lay down on the bed and relaxed. I felt my body floating for a while, and then my abdominal pain miraculously disappeared. But in the next few days, whenever I felt weak and uncomfortable, I would lie in bed and relax, hoping to be like the previous two times. Perhaps because of my desire, I never felt this way again. . Therefore, what Master Bigu said, you must practice with intention and succeed without intention. The same is true for Buddhism. If you have a desire for success, you will never succeed.

I woke up in the morning on the 22nd (the third day), feeling dizzy and weak. I quickly washed my face and went out for a walk. things. In conjunction with the Great Love Fitness Method, I became stronger as I walked. After walking, I practiced yoga bandha, and practiced yoga rest at noon. I did not take a nap. For the past three days, I immediately swallowed my breath or tapped my teeth to swallow before I was ready to get hungry. No attack. I am very grateful to the Tianxing Jian Da Ai fitness and Qi submissive methods taught at the Songshan Drinking Bigu Camp last summer, as well as the Longteng Nine Postures, which have benefited me a lot.

I can't always maintain the practice of sitting quietly and observing the lotus taught by Master Wan Xing. It disappears as soon as I take a breath. However, I can continue to maintain it during walking meditation. Visualize your body as a lotus pole and your head as an open lotus. As you walk, visualize a moving lotus. Distracting thoughts in your mind will be eliminated. It feels so pure. You will not feel tired after walking for a long time. Numerous thoughts consume the most energy. However, you cannot persist in meditating. Before attaining enlightenment, Sakyamuni Buddha said: If you do not realize the supreme Bodhi, you would rather break your body and never get up from sitting like this. And I can't bear any pain, so I haven't started yet after learning for so long. Today I did the exercises twice, walked 19,000 steps, and meditated twice.

I woke up at around 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. I didn't feel dizzy when I woke up. I listened to Teacher Dai Shuzeng's lecture. After a long time, I fell asleep again and slept until seven I woke up early, my limbs were a little weak, but my head was not dizzy. I went out for a walk to regain my strength immediately. Today I did the exercise twice and the meditation three times. I walked 17,000 steps. I also visualized lotus flowers while walking. I lay down and listened to yoga nidra at noon. I haven't fallen asleep at noon these past few days. I just listened to yoga nidra to relax. I didn't feel sleepy. I felt good all day long. The world in my eyes is brighter and more vivid. Flowers, trees, birds, everything is so beautiful.

On April 24th (the fifth day), I woke up early and felt not dizzy or tired. I was very energetic and went out for a walking meditation. However, after walking for about ten minutes, I started to feel powerless. Hua Chan did the exercises, thinking he had no strength to do it, but after doing it he felt more energetic and energetic. He meditated again for a while, and suddenly his period came. No wonder he became less and less energetic as he walked today. I don’t know if it was because of my heart or because I really didn’t have my period. I have been feeling weak since then. After basking in the sun on the grass for a long time, I still didn’t have the strength to walk. I was too lazy to meditate. I went back to the hotel and sat looking at my phone. While listening to "Blue Lotus", I suddenly felt a sense of joy, so I started dancing to the music in a loop. While dancing, I could still visualize the lotus. My heart was happy and my spirit was strong. Walk 12,900 steps throughout the day.

4.25 (Day 6) I woke up at around five o'clock in the morning. I was very energetic. Just like yesterday, my legs were weak and my waist was sore while walking. I watched the Longteng Nine Mental Methods and practiced the Longteng Nine Mental Methods. The postures are just different, just like the mental method says to return to the game state, happy state, and baby state. I practiced it twice in a row, but I didn't dare to practice Wanxing Master's movements because the intensity was too high. I went to meditate on the grass again. I felt a little tired of sitting, but the more I disliked things, the more I had to do them. So I meditated with a soft heart, a baby state, and a game state, and saw the changing scenery with the corner of my eye. The boundless void in front of me merged myself into the void, and then I visualized the lotus. This time, my legs hardly hurt. It lasted for an hour, until a mosquito flew next to my nose. I got up and walked for a while, then changed places to continue meditating and watching the hand movements and lotus flowers. As I slowly walked back home, I found that I enjoyed walking more and more, especially with my eyes closed, imagining lotus flowers, and the Buddha's light shining all over my body. It was even better when the sun was shining. The emptiness in front of me was like a dream, and the surrounding While walking and looking at the lotus flowers, I completely forgot about my weak legs and sore waist. I had a bowel movement today and am very happy.

I felt dizzy again at night. I did yoga bandha and meridian cleansing breathing method, and my mind soon became clear and I stopped feeling dizzy. He also massaged his head and temples and played the heavenly drum. Feeling more refreshed, I walked 12,600 steps today

4.26 (Day 7) I woke up in the morning feeling fine, but I felt weak and sore from walking, so I sat in the sun and did the Nine Postures of Dragon Teng and Convinced Qi for a while. I did a few more Donghua Zen exercises. I meditated for half an hour, stood still for 19 minutes, and did standing meditation when I came back from walking. Because I exercised too much, I was very tired when I got back to the hotel, as if I had collapsed, so I quickly did relaxation techniques, and after a while I did it again. I thought that doing it while listening to music might make me levitate. As a result, my muscles started to beat with the rhythm of the music. After the relaxation technique, people feel much more relaxed, and they take a shower and wash their nose. I walked 12,900 steps and had a little bowel movement today.

On 4.27 (the eighth day), I was still tired today. From the sixth day of the second inescaping in Songshan Mountain, the person completely returned to normal, with full mental and physical strength. From the seventh day, there was A joy that comes from the heart. But this time I always feel weak. It should be because I didn’t do a good job in preparing for inescaping, because I usually go to work for more than ten hours every day, and I basically don’t have time to prepare before inescaping. But my mind was extremely clear. I meditated for 38 minutes in the morning and basked in the sun in the park for half an hour. I felt energetic. Practice the Nine Postures of Longteng and Qigong.

For a long time, I always wanted to find a temple or go to Zhong Nanshan to practice wholeheartedly, but I was also troubled in my mind about how to explain it to my family. Today I suddenly realized that I no longer insist on going to the temple to practice. Life is the best dojo. Only today did I truly understand what Master Wan Xing said: practice in work, work in practice, practice blessings in fulfilling your responsibilities, practice wisdom in awareness, and practice liberation in dedication. "Buddha's teachings are in the world, and enlightenment should not be separated from the world. Looking for Bodhi after leaving the world is just like looking for a rabbit's horns." This should be my biggest gain from this time of fasting.

Then I went to the supermarket, the vegetable market, and passed several restaurants, roast duck restaurants, braised vegetables restaurants, and lobster restaurants. I smelled the aroma of roast chicken and duck, imagined the deliciousness of lobster, and just wanted to go back to the restaurant. After eating, I want to make a variety of delicious food to reward myself. I want to eat chicken, fish, meat and seafood. I don’t want to refuse meat food anymore. It’s best to make myself fatter. The ideal weight is 110 pounds. In the evening, I read various food recipes. The more I read, the more I wanted to eat them. I wanted to eat them again right away. My mind is in chaos and no longer as pure as it was a few days ago. Therefore, the Buddhist scriptures say that wealth, color, name, food, and sleep are the five roots of hell. I didn’t meditate at night either because my mind was too confused and my legs hurt as soon as I crossed my legs.

On April 28 (the ninth day), I regained my tranquility in the morning. I was in good spirits and my mind was extremely clear. I meditated for forty minutes and went out for a walk. My legs were still a little weak after walking for a while. After walking for a while, I returned to the room. Thinking about walking more than 10,000 steps a day these days, I have never walked that many steps without fasting, so it is a bit overloaded. There are too many active exercises and too little static exercises every day. I plan to go out less today and stay in my room to meditate more. I sat twice during the day for about two hours. I didn’t have the patience to use one method, so I watched the lotus, the void, and meditated in motion. When my legs felt a little painful, I visualized thunder and lightning, and let the powerful current hit me. This method is quite effective in opening up the meridians. It can extend my meditation time and reduce pain.

I bought a box of strawberries in the afternoon. I found out that the strawberries were acidic, which would cause excessive gastric acid secretion and were cold, so I couldn’t eat them during the fasting period. So I originally planned to fast for ten days. For this box of strawberries, I I started eating again in the evening and ate noodles. It’s just as delicious without any condiments, and I’m filled with gratitude.

I haven’t felt hungry in the past eight or nine days, but I have more fatigue.

Mistake lesson: Because I want to gain weight as soon as possible, I eat a lot of food the next day after I resume eating. After a bowl of noodles, I went to the supermarket to buy snacks and fruits. I ate too much and felt dizzy. I fell asleep until after one o'clock, then got up and looked for a restaurant to eat. I made another big mistake. The food in the restaurant was too greasy and I forgot to order it. Use less oil and salt, the rice will be too hard and taste like chewing gum. I still managed to eat it. Thinking about eating so much in this day, the greasy food may have blocked my newly opened Qi veins again. I can't let my efforts fall short. After eating, I felt sleepy. I slept until five o'clock in the afternoon before returning to normal. I walked out for more than an hour. I didn't dare to eat anything for dinner. I only ordered duck blood and green vegetable soup. It felt so delicious that it could not be compared with any delicacies from the mountains and seas. Yes, I eat well, feel satisfied and happy, and the taste echoes in my heart for a long time. Therefore, our body is the smartest. It will protest if it is not suitable for it, but it will happily accept what is suitable for it. In the future, you must pay attention to the fact that when you resume eating, you must start with liquid porridge and vegetable soup. Don't eat dry rice, especially if it's too greasy and difficult to digest. And don't eat too much, eat small meals frequently.

Harvest: Bigu is the reconstruction of life, making the body and mind clean. The ability to visualize has improved. My thoughts are much purer. My mind has also become softer than before. The meridians should be unblocked, so it won't hurt much if you meditate for a long time, but you just don't have the patience to persist. Hopefully all the changes will stick. Instead of making progress in ineding like before, once you stop inedging, you will fall back to the original shape.
