1. After the yolk is fully dispersed, add milk and sugar and stir well.
2. Boil the water, put the liquid prepared in (1) into it, evaporate it, stir it occasionally until the liquid thickens, and take it out to cool.
3. Pour the cooled milk into the stainless steel bear ice cream basin and add the whipped cream.
4. Stir thoroughly.
5. Cover the ice cream machine, select the automatic mode, and send it to the refrigerator for 4 hours.
6. Take out the ice cream machine from the refrigerator and open the lid. The finished ice cream looks very delicate and smooth.
7. Play back the ice cream a little at room temperature, scoop it out with a spoon and eat it. The endless ice cream is sent back to the refrigerator for freezing and preservation.
